Terms of Service

Effective date: November 1, 2026

1. Purpose

These terms set out the rights, duties, and responsibilities between Tourrejouir (the "Company") and users of K-Way (the "Service").

2. Definitions

A "Traveler" is a user who books a guide's tour through the Service.

A "Guide" is a user who has passed the Company's review, is listed on the Service, and provides tours to Travelers.

A "Tour" is a local guiding and experience service a Guide provides while accompanying a Traveler.

3. Role of the Company

The Company operates the Service as an online intermediary that allows Travelers and Guides to arrange Tours. The Company is not a party to the Tour.

The Guide who provides a Tour is responsible for its content and performance. If a dispute arises, the Company will cooperate to help resolve it.

4. Accounts

Users register by providing accurate information through the process set by the Company.

Users must manage their own accounts and may not transfer or lend them to others.

To act as a Guide, a user must submit identification and pass the Company's review.

5. Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed when the Traveler sends a request, the Guide accepts it, and the Traveler completes payment.

The price is the hourly rate for the Guide's tier multiplied by the booked hours. The total is shown before payment.

Payment is processed through the Company's payment service provider by credit card or other methods the Company offers.

Unless stated otherwise, admission fees, transportation, meals, and similar costs during a Tour are not included in the price.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow the separately published Refund Policy.

7. User Obligations

Users must comply with applicable laws and these terms, and must not do any of the following.

Registering false information, using another person's information, steering transactions outside the Service, abusing, discriminating against, or threatening other users, or violating any law.

Guides are responsible for holding any qualification and meeting any legal requirement that applies to the Tours they offer.

8. Reviews

Travelers may write a review for a completed Tour.

The Company may remove or hide reviews that contain false statements, abusive language, advertising, or otherwise violate its policies.

9. Restriction of Use

If a user violates these terms, the Company may restrict use of the Service or terminate the account after prior notice. In urgent cases notice may be given afterward.

10. Limitation of Liability

Unless caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for damage arising from force majeure, a user's own fault, or transactions between Guides and Travelers.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are brought before the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
